iDroid MoJo V1.0.3 Release Announcement

Wow, this version is great Wayyy faster, although now I no longer have a convenient pocket warmer haha. One problem though, once the screen turns off for the second time I can't get it to turn back on. It just locks me out completely. Anybody else having this issue and where would I report it?

Please raise an issue on the tracker with as much detail as possible, and I'll take a look at it

I was testing the power management (the home and sleep buttons together) and pressed shut down. It shut down but when I tried to go back to iPhone iOS kept on shutting off at the apple. The same thing happened when I used the old power management. I think the safest way to shut down is terminal. With su reboot.

Half-life this looks like a problem with your device rather than a bug. It would be prudent to create a new topic in Help forum. Remember to post details like what device, iOS, how openiboot was installed, or any other information.

I tried out this iDroid release on my iphone 3G 8 GB with iOS 4.0 and I have to say, it has purely no power management. It drains the battery even with being attached to the charger. iOS tells me, that the battery is fully charged, but if I boot into iDroid, then iDroid tells me, that my battery is at 39%. A few minutes later, even attached to the charger, it went down to 38%.

I'm not sure, what is causing this huge drainage, but I'm surely looking forward to an iDroid release with proper power management and phone support (to be able to properly call anyone, no matter if phone or mobile phone), because Android/iDroid beats iOS.

Obvious? Sorry, then I might have mis-understood the OP's message. I thought, that the current release already has better power management compared to the first ports which went public.

Power Management with regards to sleep and actual battery levels. Ignore the battery level iDroid displays, there will be discrepancies with iOS. I was even told once that iOS's is now less accurate than iDroid. Who knows? :v

NOTE: A large amount of progress has been made on power management in this release, but as yet not all device drivers have suspend/resume in them & we are still lacking CPU idle/clock gating so there is still a lot of work to be done before we achieve optimum battery life.

I dont recall ever saying we had power management implemented, in fact far from it.

I wonder sometimes why I bother to write detailed changelogs, as it seems nobody bothers to actually read them.

There is only a minor fix needed before we can push it out, but time is short for the whole team at the moment, we'll get it out soon though!

ok today i installed the my first idroid ,and its just fantastic 
its like a fresh air for my iphone 2g that now is unsuported from apple 
some issues like the camera app ,the calls sms wont work,and the touch and the wifi its not very responsive (like the in ios),maybe its becouse i must extract the multithouch firmware and download the wifi firmaware on bootlace?
but in overal is fantastic
im looking farword for the next release.
p.s i hope the bootlace repo becomes a default one on cydia so all the people ca try idroid

Camera is not known to work. Everything is noted in the FAQ and User Manual (linked on Forum Main page).
Calls and SMS work. You just have to disable APN/Data settings (Data doesn't work anyways).
Wifi is really buggy.
