Sync over GApps then login to youtube go to contacts click accounts then turn syncing on, let it run through and BAM your contacts will be there, works for mail too, dont know if it works on the market or not, test it out post watcha find

What exactly do you mean sync over Gapps? If you meant just get them onto your I device I've got them there already, yet whenever I get to the syncing part nothing happens. I sign into youtube and it shows up in my accounts&sync section yet when I get to the syncing part nothing happens. Is it because autosync was on prior to signing in?

Uhm it won't work with Market.

But why have all this trouble when Krazy-Killa already had a tutorial for google account sync (posted on User Manual)? It syncs your contacts, gmail, calendar... of course no Android Market.
