iOS Darwin Kernel and KEXT
« on: March 02, 2011, 03:33:47 PM »
So, I was wondering, if Mac OS X and iOS both use a relatively similar kernel and use pretty much the same kernel extention (.KEXT) format, couldn't we make our very own souped-up Darwinian kernel with full read/write customization support? You can already compile a regular Darwin/Mach for your Mac, if you wanted to. Just an idea...  ;D
