What should I expect

Hi,
I have an iPod 4g device.
I just found out about this project and would really like to run Android on the device (don't suggest themes because I don't want iOS to look like Android - I want actual Android for development purposes).
If I install it (using this guide http://www.idroidproject.org/wiki/Bootlace) - what should I expect?
I read the requirements (need iPod 1g for unknown reason) but I also saw this: http://www.idroidproject.org/wiki/Status

So lets say i do go though the process - what kind of behavior should I expect from the device?

Android doesn't work on iPod Touch 4G so don't expect anything.

PLEASE POST IN THE RIGHT AREA.
