Hi after installing bootlace I try to run it I get two errors the first one i can't read fast enough the second is bootlace does not support this device. I have a iPhone 3gs with iOS 5. Any Ideas  on how i can fix this.

That's right bootlace does not support iPhone 3Gs so it won't work on it.  You just have to wait for when it will be supported. Don't ask when because no one knows when.
