the command pormpt says cant open the file "oibc" which is opeiBoot connection help please i rele want untethered

Firstly this will not help with _any_ untether this is a way of running unsigned code on your device no jail breaking it. Secondly if you are using downloaded binaries I suspect you have the wrong binary architecture. Please compile/recompile and try again.
