It worked very well, but yesterday i wanted to restore my iPhone and i forget to deinstall OpeniBoot and Idroid before recover! Now the installation of iOS stucks at the half of the installation. And i must unplugg it. Every time if i recover it it's stucks there! Mayber OpeniBoot bricks my Phone ? Can i enter the Filesystem of the iPhone in DFU mode to delete the OpeniBoot files ?

You don't need to uninstall OpeniBoot to restore. A normal restore erases OpeniBoot for you.

As it was said alraedy, you do not need to unistall openiboot to properly restore
But if the iphone gives you hard time trying to restore I suggest using iReb by iH8sn0w
It helped me restore when I had problems with the restore stopping in the middle ( as you described)

Notice: works on windows only.
good luck
