With the new bootrom exploit covering most devices, I felt that it was finally time to start this thread now that everyone has access to it. I'm under the impression that limera1n is a tethered bootrom exploit, however it becomes untethered via a kernal exploit before you get the plug into iTunes message. How this will change our ability to run openiboot on the iphone 4, I'm not entirely certain, but I have a feeling that it will require a tether to run android. Since the iPhone 4 is the current technology, lets get some active work ported in this direction! I'm triple booting xp 7 and ubuntu and will be doing some snooping around.
