If you are asking about NAiDroid please post in the appropriate forum.
But to answer your question:
Do this:
1. Start-up Windows
2. Open Task Manager and kill iTunesHelper process
3. Connect iPhone in Recovery Mode.
4. Start up Virtual Box
5. Right beside Run, there is a Settings button. Click the Settings Button.
6. In Settings, go to the USB Tab. Add iPhone Recovery Mode to the filter/list of devices. Use the button with the "+". iPhone should still be in Recovery Mode.
7. Make sure iPhone Recovery Mode is checked.
8. Boot Ubuntu.
9. Use the loadibec command to make iPhone boot into OpeniBoot mode. iPhone should be in Recovery Mode or else this won't work.
10. Go to OpeniBoot Console using the Volume/Power buttons and Home button on your iPhone.
10. Shutdown Ubuntu
11. Return to Ubuntu Settings in Virtual Box.
12. In USB Tab, add iPhone OpeniBoot Mode to the filter/list of devices. iPhone should still display the OpeniBoot Console.
13. Make sure iPhone OpeniBoot Mode is checked.
14. Boot Ubuntu.
15. Use the oibc command.
There we go.

I've sold my soul to Google.
I'm running my iPhone with the better OS (Android 2.2).
I'm using Google Chrome instead of MSIE and Firefox.
